In an effort to have a uniform and effective approach to safety, O’Neill Electric Inc. has created an Accident and Injury Reduction (AWAIR) Safety Program.  The goal of this program is to reduce the frequency and severity of accidents and injuries, and make our company a safe and productive place to work. Accidents cost time and money, disrupt workflow, and seriously impact personal lives. All employees of O'Neill Electric Inc. are responsible following all rules and regulations pertaining to health and safety.

In order for O’Neill Electric Inc.’s AWAIR program to be successful, all employees must maintain a positive attitude towards accident and injury prevention. If you need additional information specific to your work site, please contact our office at 651-342-0906 or info@oneillelectricmn.com

The AWAIR Act was passed by the Minnesota Legislature during the 1990 session (Laws of Minnesota, 1990, Chapter 508). The AWAIR Act, subdivision 8, requires that a covered employer establish a written workplace accident and injury reduction program that promotes safe and healthful working conditions and is based on clearly stated goals and objectives for meeting those goals.
